In this experience you will RELEASE and RELAX deeply through the practices of Kundalini Yoga, Meditations and contact with Nature in a safe space and with all my support and follow-up! We use BE FREE METHOD BE FREE method which works as a map of transformation and personal expansion. You'll also go back armed with tools that you can apply to keep yourself in balance in your everyday life.
